world use will show over time its wayyyy more of a hassle than a helper. I used it for a year or so but couldn't stand how damn near every site I went too wouldn't work correctly. Now I use Ad Block Plus and a custom Host file created by Spybot. I'm rolling clean months into this setup and have had no problems whatsoever. Greatest part is, 100% of the sites I go to function exactly how I want them to.
You can even customize websites... for instance, here is a shot of how ebay looks for me now. It still works perfectly.
